These roles will work directly with the Agriculture department at each of our facilities (Ingersoll and Strathroy) primarily during the months of May 2025 through September 2025. RESPONSIBILITIES: Vegetable field scouting and monitoring; Field and pre-harvest assessments; Assist with statistical comparison of results including data entry and the use of Agriculture Systems; Identification and monitoring of weeds, insects and disease YOUR PROFILE: Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills; Proficient in the use of technology; Must possess a G license and a clean driving abstract; Enrolled in post-secondary education with an Agricultural direction; Able to work well independently; Ability to work weekends and extended hours as required. WORKING CONDITIONS: The ability to work in all weather conditions with lifting and walking; Fast paced, dynamic environment that best suits a high-energy individual; Willing to travel for field scouting (depending on base location). For example, higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases, lower rates may apply. Certain projects offer incentive payments.
