You may contribute your expertise by… Reading German text in order to rank a series of responses that were produced by an AI model Writing a short story in German about a given topic Assessing whether a piece of German text produced by an AI model is factually accurate Examples of desirable expertise: Experience as a professional translator Professional writing experience (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.) Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or field related to writing Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing Payment: Currently, pay rates for core project work by German writing experts average USD $29 per hour Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. For example, higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases, lower rates may apply. Certain projects offer incentive payments. The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years of direct Corporate Law experience and will be proficient in: Corporate Statutes & Regulations including PPSA, CBCA, OBCA etc., Drafting documentation related to annual resolutions, amalgamations, incorporations, dissolutions & financings Conducting minute book reviews and maintaining corporate records Managing reorganizations, share and asset purchase transactions Preparing closing documents Managing corporate searches and summarizing results In addition to your proficiency in Corporate law, you will also be able to anticipate next steps in the process and will take the initiative to complete necessary tasks. Strong technical skills including MS Office, Legal Kiosk, or other electronic minute book database are necessary to be successful in this role, as are the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
