You may contribute your expertise by… Reading German text in order to rank a series of responses that were produced by an AI model Writing a short story in German about a given topic Assessing whether a piece of German text produced by an AI model is factually accurate Examples of desirable expertise: Experience as a professional translator Professional writing experience (copywriter, journalist, technical writer, editor, etc.) Enrollment in or completion of an undergraduate program in a humanities field or field related to writing Enrollment in or completion of a graduate program related to creative writing Payment: Currently, pay rates for core project work by German writing experts average USD $29 per hour Rates vary based on expertise, skills assessment, location, project need, and other factors. For example, higher rates may be offered to PhDs. For non-core work, such as during initial project onboarding or project overtime phases, lower rates may apply. Certain projects offer incentive payments. The customer engagement team: the heart of the company! As part of the Customer Engagement Team, you will be working closely with all the other customer engagement sales & service brokers. Each customer inquiry is looked at as a chance to improve the experience for all our customers. Reporting to the Customer Engagement Team Lead, you will primarily provide support to our personal insurance team, while providing back-up with billing, issuance, and administrative functions. Key Accountabilities: KA1 Process leads from our Affinity partnerships. KA2 Open mail, sort and distribute to appropriate team members. KA3 Process and prepare outgoing daily mail. KA4 Set up prospects and distribute aggregator leads to the sales team. KA5 Retrieve documents from various insurer portals. KA6 Upload policy documents to self-service portal and BMS. KA7 Daily renewal review and set up for brokers. KA8 Actively participate in training initiatives. KA9 Responds to team requests and inquiries in a prompt and professional manner. KA10 Knowledgeable and proficient on various insurer company portals. KA11 Ensure adherence to internal and external underwriting rules, regulations and procedures.
