Reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, you are tasked with the creation, production, and management of all branded assets. As the creative force behind Cowbell Brewing, you will champion the establishment of a distinctive conceptual and stylistic direction for both the brand and its diverse range of craft beer products.Key ResponsibilitiesBrand and Product Design: Lead in the design and execution of packaging for the total Cowbell portfolio, ensuring a cohesive visual and thematic style across all products, projects, and campaigns. You will define the aesthetic direction of the brand, maintaining a unified 'family' of products that resonate with our audience.Marketing Collateral Development: Spearhead the development and production of a broad spectrum of sales and marketing materials. This includes ads, brochures, annual reports, client presentations, and more, in both print and electronic formats, ensuring the materials align with our brand's vision and market positioning.Creative Support Across Departments: Act as the creative consultant for all departments, including senior management, sales, and hospitality, assisting with creative requests and overseeing the application of the company’s trademark to maintain brand integrity.Strategic Planning Contribution: Work collaboratively with the marketing team on annual and long-term strategic planning, ensuring creative vision and brand consistency.External Sales Materials: Take charge of the creation, production, and dissemination of all external sales visual materials, ranging from sell-in visual aids to promotional materials like glassware, coasters, posters, tent cards, and signage, as well as draught tap handles. Are you a registered Early Childhood Educator looking for a rewarding career opportunity supporting primary students in a Kindergarten classroom? The Avon Maitland District School Board is accepting applications for Early Childhood Educators interested in long-term assignments in the Listowel/North Perth region. Responsibilities The Designated Early Childhood Educator (DECE) will partner with the classroom teacher to plan and implement a full day early learning kindergarten program within a classroom setting. The DECE will also provide supervision and age appropriate learning for groups of students as part of the extended day program as required.
