The Recruiter is responsible for assisting with the full recruitment cycle for screening officers. It will be a requirement that they participate in a high‐volume recruitment process. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for the administration of a multi‐phase recruitment process which includes the attraction, sourcing, screening, testing, interviewing of candidates whilst maintaining accurate records and pipelines in the applicant tracking system.
