Our cottage is 1 bedroom 1 bathroom, 400 square feet. It takes one person 2 hours to clean our cottage or 1 hour for a team of 2. Same-day cleaning is paid at $100 for our small cottage (Must arrive by 11 AM and finish by 2 PM)$60 for next-day cleaning (between 11 AM the day of checkout and 3 PM the day after checkout)Monthly bonus of $100 to guarantee availability 10 AM - 4 PM. Day off requests must be approved to retain bonus and usually only can be approved 24 hours in advance due to fluctuating demand. Currently no laundry on site. Option 1: collect in bag and leave in the shed for us to do. Option 2: do laundry at laundromat or your home for $15/bag.
