Position Overview The President is responsible for managing the company and making major corporate decisions. This position provides overall direction to the company directly and/or through managers and supervisors and oversees growth plans. Accountable to the shareholders / directors of the company, the President is the public face of the company with responsibility for guiding the company towards continued success and profitability. Responsibilities include: Developing, setting, and executing organizational strategies, setting vision, values and culture. This includes regular meetings and communication with the Board to develop and provide updates on the organization’s strategic goals. Ensures the implementation of policies and practices necessary for the organization to fulfill its obligations and achieve its goals.
